Trade Visa is Solve Migration, built for the trades.
Solve Migration is a national migration firm for complex, high-stakes matters: employer sponsorship, partner visas, and refusals and cancellations. Trade Visa is the name we work under for trade sponsorship, from construction to hospitality, and for skills recognition.
Why a separate name
Because a sponsored tradie and a sponsored accountant have different problems.
Trades carry licences, skills assessments and worksite realities that office occupations don’t. Trade employers, from builders to kitchens, run on tight margins and tighter timelines. Trade Visa exists so that this work gets its own front door, its own plain-English explanations and its own industry pages, while the matters are run by the same Registered Migration Agents, under the same system, as every Solve Migration matter.
What stands behind it
- A published Tribunal record. Solve Migration publishes de-identified Administrative Review Tribunal decisions at solvemigration.com/art-appeals, including 46 under subclass 482 and 14 under subclass 186. They are selected decisions where the review succeeded, shown so you can see how these matters are argued. They are not a success rate and no outcome is guaranteed.
- A whole team, not one agent. Migration Specialists, in-house writers who build position and duties documentation, HR and business analysts, and Client Services who speak to your employer or your worker as many times as it takes. One fixed fee covers the team.
- Five offices and online. Sydney CBD, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth, with appointments online Australia-wide.
- Eight languages. English, French, Spanish, Hindi, Punjabi, Mandarin, Nepali, Portuguese.

Founder
Adam Khaze founded Solve Migration and leads its work on employer sponsorship and Tribunal review. He is a former refugee, speaks publicly on Australian migration policy, and is the author of a forthcoming book on migration and the housing debate. He works across the Sydney CBD office and online.
