Trade Visa is a trading name of Solve Migration. This statement covers tradevisa.com.au. Solve Migration’s full privacy policy at solvemigration.com applies to all client matters and prevails if the two differ.

What we collect

When you submit the employer enquiry form we collect the details you enter: business name, location, industry, the role, whether you have a candidate, your name, phone and email, and anything you write in the message field. The fit check on the sponsored-visa page stores nothing. Bookings are made on solvemigration.com under its privacy policy.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to assess whether and how Solve Migration can act, and to keep a record of the enquiry in Solve Migration’s client management system. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses analytics to understand how pages are used. Non-essential cookies are off until you accept them. You can decline and the site works normally.

Access and correction

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing ask@solvemigration.com.

Partner firm

Links to TradeQualify take you to a separate business with its own privacy policy. We do not pass your details to TradeQualify unless you ask us to.
